White lines/signs

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9024277.

The road lane markings are very faded. This area is also poorly signposted. I regularly get cut up/see near misses when people use the second lane to get to the M42N. Today someone has driven into me as they were in the wrong lane. The whole roundabout needs maintenance and a safety audit.
