Ruts and uneven surfaces

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9020076.

Just as you come through the traffic lights the road surface is very dangerous. It's uneven and has rutts - the back wheels of my car were being dragged into a different direction and I nearly went into another vehicle
