Road Surface Pot Hole caused by builders with no signs or warning

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9012419.

I drove to work this morning trying to get there for 6:30, I went over this large pot hole created by the builders and instantly wrote my tyre off. It’s costing me £220, which I would like to claim. This was a brand new tyre which had only been replaced a couple weeks ago, this is unacceptable and I want compensation, I was lucky nothing worse happened. No signs or warning was provided to be able to slow down in time. As a result I was 2 hours late to work, being late several meetings. I want compensation and this to be dealt with
