Broken road surface

This roundabouts road surface is breaking up and becoming worse as the weeks go on. This issue has been ongoing for several months now.

    Our inspection team visited the location on 5 March 2026 to assess the defect. Following their assessment, we have raised remedial work to have two of the potholes filled within 24 hours by our maintenance partners.

    This section of the road is included on our needs list for longer‑term improvements to address the overall condition of the road surface . Unfortunately there is no time frame for this currently.

    We will continue to monitor the area as part of our routine inspections. If any safety concerns arise, we will arrange for the appropriate remedial work to be carried out as necessary.
