Need lane markings

I live in a road just off thr a31. I have to join the dual carriageway everyday 3 times a day or more and have done for over 20 years. Recently it's become a terrible. I have to get over to the fast lane to be able to go all round the roundabout to head to ferndown. People will NOT let ne into that lane and if I pop into the lane as there is s space the car in that lane 9 out of 10 times will speed up flashing light beeping horn. 4 times this week I have ended up having to go to the next roundabout and then come back down past st Leonards hospital. I think it needs something done. Also people coming from ringwood down past st Leonards dont stop at the roundabout I can't count the number of times we have near misses
