Massive dip in road over carriage way

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9008323.

With all the construction work and road works going on in this area, last night someone has dug up road and left massive dip/ditch in road. Just before roundabout into Stratford, No effort has been made to tarmac over! I thought it had burst my tyres as I went over but more than likely damaged my wheels. Please can you get someone here asap!
