Uneven road surface and debries

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9006355.

Road surface majorly broken and loose, pot holes as well. Very dangerous to motorcyclists and cyclists. Will lead to potential life threatening injuries. Been present for over a year and one motorcyclist was already airlifted to hospital last year due to the conditions of the road surface.
