Insufficient signage

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9001754.

This sliproad onto the A1 is INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS - people DO NOT realise it is two-way. I narrowly avoided a head-on collision with a Range-Rover this morning and urgent action needs to alert drivers to take more care. The arrows on the road are not sufficient. You need signage on both sides of the road.
