Litter from the motorway

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8991858.

Contractors, we're collecting litter and debris from the motorway, they then proceeded to dump it over the barrier into the surrounding countryside. This was witnessed on the west bound stretch, between the trent bridge and The belton off ramp. There is litter all along the embankment. Surely. This is fly tipping at its worst. You are paying these contractors to remove the litter, not re-distribute it.
