Crater in middle of junction

Reported via desktop in the Pothole (NH) category anonymously at 11:01, Tuesday 24 February 2026

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8987529.

Deep crater style pothole in middle of slip road as you approach, making it difficult to avoid when approaching from either direction. Cars need to straddle both approaching lanes making this a dangerous junction in peak periods and difficult to see at night. This will not just shred a tyre, it has potential to cause significant damage to the floor of any vehicle and to the suspension.
