Large pothole / damaged road surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8985593.

Large pothole covering about 2 car lengths on the outside lane going southbound. It is around the mark where the 1.5 mile sign to Wetherby services is. A van went over this morning and was bouncing up / down. Something then flew out at my windscreen and has scratched it, luckily not cracked but could have been easily. This has been here at least a month now, possibly lopnger. Also both the inside + middle lane road surfaces from Boroughbridge to the services are covered in pot holes and starting to fall apart in several places. These were only recently re-done last year.
