Essential lights are not on

The lights covering the footway and cycle path along the east side of Princess road, parallel to the bus lane and onto Kenworthy Lane are not working and haven't been for months. This is the ONLY active travel link from Chorlton to Northenden and is is not acceptable for them to be left in this state for so long. It is profoundly unsafe for solo pedestrians to try to use this route at night. Northbound cycling is also highly hazardous because we are blinded by oncoming traffic. Previoius reports were met with the response "We have asked our inspection team to attend this location and assess the issue. If any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen. " This is, bluntly, a disgusting lie. Get your arses out and fix this fucking problem.
