Multiple potholes across all lanes between J28 and J29A

The northbound carriageway between J28 and J29a is appalling: lethal potholes in all running lanes, but the worst ones are between lanes. Some are around 6 inches deep, impossible to see in the dark or rain, and twice today I nearly lost control of the car changing lanes because I hit one of these. I dare not think what damage is being done to my car every time this happens. The road generally has suffered from the months and months of roadworks in previous years and patching short sections is not making any difference. The whole carriageway across all running lanes needs re-surfacing between J28 and J32 and no doubt way beyond this section too. There will be a fatality before long on this stretch because the carriageway is so bad it will inevitably cause catastrophic damage to a vehicle and subsequently a major accident.
