Matrix sign not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8949749.

The matrix sign 1/2 a mile from Jct 22 was not working this morning giving the false impression that the variable speed limited had been lifted. This is a dangerous failing which needs addressing.
