Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8943953.

Several dirty 50 mph probably left from previous roadworks. Very misleading, the digital signs don't show anything so it's national limit and then 50 mph physical signs, hard to see in nighttime, drivers hit the breaks causing dangerous situations. Please either clean the signs and proper use or remove if not needed thank you

    Due to ongoing investigations the 50 mph mitigation signs will remain in place until the issue is resolved.

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
