Large pothole in the middle lane of the M40 London-bound carriageway. Impact occurred at approximately 21:38. Location approximately 3–5 miles before Warwick Services, between Junction 14 and Junction 13. The defect caused significant vehicle instability at motorway speed and presents a serious safety hazard to drivers.
