30 potholes

I am writing to report a serious road surface issue on the approach from Junction 24 towards Nottingham, just before the Mill Hill Roundabout. There are approximately 30 potholes concentrated within a 20–30 metre stretch just before the Mill Hill roundabout. The defects are increasing in size and severity each day, and it is becoming extremely difficult for motorists to avoid them safely.

    If any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen. Should no immediate work be required we will continue to monitor this during our regular inspections.

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
