Large protruding bump in road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8936548.

On the M25 clockwise between J9 and J10, lanes 2/3/4 near coordinates (51.3133909, -0.3544760). There is a large uneven part of the road surface creating a huge speed bump. Extremely dangerous for cars travelling at 70mph and even more dangerous for motorcyclists as you have no time to react. Worst in lane 4.
