Repair to roadway during roadworks

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8931347.

The road has completely broken away at a repair and has left a hole around 5 inches deep causing damage to multiple vehicles. The road is a dual carriage way and people are slowing to around 20mph to avoid it
