Deep puthole on entrance to sliproad

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8925138.

Covered by undrained water so not visible. Wheel and tyre damage clearly a risk, and without ability to turn back on that section of the road, have no choice but to enter motoway with a potentially unsafe vehicle.
