Litter on slip roads on all entrance and exits

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8923929.

Yet again there are large amounts of litter on both entrance and exits on the junctions at a56 a679 as well as M65 the junctions at a56 and m65. As a volunteer litter picker I am currently addressing this national issue with my local M.P. DEFRA the Environment Seceretary to impose instant driving bans and £10,000 fine for anyone found littering from vehicles either stationary or moving. I hope we can rely on your support.
