Faulty signage / speed limit

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8919514.

Restrictive speed limit in place from just north of Stafford southbound services. There have been no traffic issues on the last 3 occasions we have travelled this section (over the last 3 weeks), so it appears that there is a fault needing correcting. Thanks
