Sliproad in awful condition. Hazardous

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8917094.

This sliproad has deep potholes all over and is a danger to road users. There is no safe route to pass without going into potholes and having to slow down puts vehicles in danger from through traffic going through the traffic lights. Hazard to vehicles and hazard potential to cause a crash. Please fix as I have previously reported this and there has been no reaction. Highways vehicles park near to this most days but don't react
