Potholes are horrendous here. Bad one on inside lane just after slip road travelling west

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8907058.

Deep pothole in lane 1 just after slip road. Then 500 yards later a deep one in lane 3. No lighting so motorists have no chance to see them in advance. Carriageway is very poor with some patch repairs in run up to slip road as well as patches of resurfacing. This is very poor road surface for 70 mph
