Roadwork Barrier Reflectors Missing

Reported via desktop in the Cat Eyes/ Reflectors (NH) category anonymously at 20:16, Thursday 12 February 2026

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8906666.

Various sections of the barriers northbound in the lune valley roadworks are missing reflectors. This was reported last year and you said it would be looked into. Over 2 months later it is still the same and in dark wet weather the barriers cannot easily be seen in the areas the reflectors are not there. Various people are commenting on this and you are still not addressing this safety issue. I was on it the other day and the barriers are very hard to see where the reflectors are missing. Please can this be addressed as I don't believe you are taking safety in these roadworks seriously.
