Swainswick Lane, around W3W ///ample.rising.mirror

Good Morning/Afternoon National Highways, BANES Council have received the below report from Avon and Somerset Police, I have retracted the name provided stating below:

"I’m wondering if it would be yourselves that look after Swainswick Lane, around W3W ///ample.rising.mirror? I’ve been there for a job this morning and got speaking to XXXX at Bay Tree Farm at W3W ///sketch.grows.depend. He raised several concerns about the condition of the lane here. The bank supporting the road seems to be giving out, trees are already falling out of it and the tarmac does look like it is sinking. There is also a drain there that isn’t functioning properly – instead of diverting water under the road its pouring out on top over the road surface, especially so in this weather! The obvious concern is that if the bank did give out it would end up sliding down on to the A46 which could be a serious incident."

Our highway inspector has had a look and doesn't note any concerns from our perspective, however would you be able to have a look into this also? Many thanks.
