Multiple potholes just past jnc 14

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8893277.

The middle lane of the southbound M4 has multiple potholes just past the junction 14 exit. These potholes continue intermittently for the next mile where the road surface has started to break up. Cars are just about navigating around these at high speed but as these get worse, there will be an increasing danger of a collision or loss of control from a car avoiding or damaged by the defects.

    Blown a tyre out on these potholes. How do I claim for the damage as its not acceptable to defects like this on our main infrastructure. Changing a wheel at 9pm in the rain is not fun. Thank goodness it had a hard sholder
