Pot holes and broken road surfaces

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8888703.

In both west bound lanes between Nottingham Knight Island and clifton Bridge A52 there are several places where the road surface is breaking up and pots holes present. It's impossible to avoid them. They have been there for months but getting worse by the day.
