The gutters in the lay-by are full of mud and debris

This very well used layby regularly floods due mud and debris blocking the gutters and drains as well as overgrown hedge rows. It's been like this for months, previously reported but ignored when this stretch of road was recently closed overnight for several nights to attend to other hedgerows being cut back
