TBH all slip roads on M20 need urgent attention, the state of these verges is disgusting. Also jnc 11a into eurotunnel is particularly gross with piss pots from lorry drivers who use this area to park, it’s a hard shoulder not a parking lane, cone it off and you will solve the problem of litter.
