Flooding

A34 North just before the bridge Graces Lane/Priors Court Road bridge there is serious flooding. I first noticed this issue in November when a vehicle hit the flooded area in question in the outside lane below the speed limit which caused the car to spin into the inside lane and over the barrier. I have since witnessed vehicles aqua planing in the outside lane which is extremely dangerous.

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
