Updates

  • The cars here are parked on a pedestrian and cycle area, each end of the path are blocked off with bollards. The only way in or out is via the pedestrian crossing between the railings. The car's horn at the pedestrians when they want to enter, this will either cause an accident to a pedestrian or a fatal crash on the road if left to carry on. It is against the law to drive though the pedestrian crossing and also along a footpath. If needed I have a video showing this happening

  • I have been reporting this issue to Spelthorne Council, Surrey County Council, and Highways England for many years. The vehicles that park on the pavement at this location have caused extensive damage to the footpath, and no authority seems to want to solve the issue.
