Please get this lane closure resolved.

You've consistently quoted dates and have failed to meet any of these dates for sorting this out. It's now nearly 14 months since the problem arose!

It looks more dangerous to have the lane closed, together with the major congestion this creates, than wait for the "new bracket for the bridge parapet" that is seemingly taking longer than it takes other countries to build a bridge in the first place.

Why is there is there no information or updates. You don't even monitor the delays!
