Crash barrier

Hi, Just wondering if a crash barrier can be fitted, all the way down to A19 Testos roundabout?(west to east carriageway A184) I have noticed there has been one put in place from Heworth roundabout along that strip of road, same road, very scary when walking and running along that road, a car had come off the road the other month and landed in the hedgerow, very dangerous, especially when wet and in the dark, cars driving well over speed limit.
