All lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8842347.

I travel every day at 6pm from junction 4 to junction 9. There are no lights, it's extremely dark and dangerous especially around slip roads. Its bad enough in fair weather but in the bad weather with low visibility it is an accident waiting to happen
