Traffic lights fault

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8841861.

Pedestrian traffic crossing lights changing every 6 seconds with no input from push buttons. This has been happening all day and is still happening at midnight but the interval has got shorter. Queues have been forming as a consequence.
