Pavement and verge barely passable - heavy mud/hazardous

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8839639.

Building works in property on north side of the road, regular large diggers and waste removal. Whole verge is a mud bath continuing across pavement - very challenging to pass at times and heavy plant regularly blocking pavement
