Multiple lights not on early morning

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8836099.

We have noticed that the street lights at the Warden Junction are not on early morning at about 6.15am when it is still dark. This has been the case over the last week. Not sure if the lights are permanently not working or if the timer has been set this way and the lights go off before sunrise.
