Flooding southbound on A3 just before the tunbel

Regular flooding of the A3 southbound just before the Hindhead Tunnel. This happens frequently whenever there is heavy rain and is going to cause a major accident soon. Both husband and son travel this route daily for work and are aware but most people aren’t and it won’t be long before accidents happen especially given the levels of rainfall we are seeing. Please can something be done about it.
