Entering motorway at jnc ten north, at start of hard shoulder runnin

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8829329.

The changeover signs for hard shoulder are broken, instead of fixing them, you have shoved a sign not in use sign next to them..given how dangerous smart motorways are at the bet of times, to not have this working is poor at best
