Unacceptable potholes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8827208.

The depth and spread and number of potholes is unacceptable. Drivers are going over white lines into other lanes to avoid. Risk of damage to cars from pothole and risk of Injury from small accidents. Been there for 5 weeks. Please fix.
