Massive pothole and missing surface

Massive section of road surface is missing from the a27 westbound at Emsworth slip road in the fast lane. This is incredibly dangerous and has only got worse with the rain.

    We're aware of the road surface deterioration along this stretch of the A27 and are currently finalising a 'patching' resurfacing scheme to address.

    In the meantime we continue to monitor during our weekly safety inspections carried out by experienced inspectors and arrange any make safe interventions should further deterioration be considered a safety issue.
