Big puddle without any drainage

This problem has existed for a few years but it is getting worse with the puddle being very large especially with the ongoing heavy storms and rains.

It is right outside our driveway and has now gone onto the public pavement as well. There is no drainage and the water is just sitting and dirt is piling up on the street and the pavement. And also straight into our driveway with any car that pulls in. It cannot be avoided.

It would be appreciated if someone could come out to assess this asap and provide a solution. Thank you.
