Hello, I did report this in October and I know you were waiting for this barrier to be built but i can’t find your reply advising when it’ll be installed so can you let me know when this will happen. And I think you don’t call it a barrier but again I can’t remember its correct name! Many thanks

  • Thank you for your enquiry seeking an update for the central barrier repairs.

    We're sorry that this matter remains outstanding. Whilst repairs were being attempted there was a safety issue with a collapsed manhole cover.

    A secondary shift is in course of being planned to complete the repairs, noting that it will be subject to network availability and other pre planned works in the general vicinity.

    We're sorry we can't offer a specific date at this time.
