Malfunctioned speed camera

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8811056.

I am writing to report a potential issue with a speed camera located at m25 near MOATS LANE flashed even though I was driving under the speed limit.And it's flashing on other cars too There were speed limit of it's even flashing cars under speed limit I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and confirm the camera's accuracy. Otherwise it's confusing and panicking Motorcycle and car drivers on road with fast lane
