Several potholes

On A1M southbound between junction 47 and 46, in the fast lane there are several significant potholes that have got worse over recent weeks and will soon start causing damage to people's vehicles

  • From Thirsk to Wetherby, general state of the Motorway road surface south bound is shocking, whilst travelling at 70mph and hitting these is extremely dangerous. Urgent action is needed to avoid serious incidents.

  • Significant potholes & poor surface lane 2 & lane 3 south of J47 (A59/A658 Allerton Park) to J46 (Wetherby Services). Dangerous state, any car hitting these will be damaged, worse for bikes. Needs urgent attention.
