Flooded underpass

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8801753.

The pedestrian underpass is flooded dangerously high and has been for two weeks. It has cut off access unless you can drive between many residents and Ingatestone, including the Anglo European School.
