People using the middle lane to turn right

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8797418.

Please can arrows be placed on the 3 lanes up the slip road to help clarify which ones should be used for the people who don’t know how roundabouts work. I had a very near miss today with someone undercutting me on the roundabout after they have incorrectly used the middle lane (which splits from the left lane up the slip road) to turn right.
