Numerous flags been cable tied to all lamposts

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8795293.

Every lamp post adjacent and on the roundabout has had a St George or Union flag cable tied too it today. They are VERY distracting as you approach the roundabout and I've just witnessed a near miss as one car cross lanes possibly while being distracted.

    We have passed this to one of our local inspectors to confirm that this is on our property. Safety is our priority and we do all we can to protect those who use our roads. Items such as flags attached to a bridge could pose a danger to motorists on the road below and so may need to be removed for safety reasons.
