Pothole joining the m25 just of the rounds at Junction 22

There is a pothole on the roundabout exit joining the M25 slip road near Junction 22, close to Bell Lane and the Watford training ground. My vehicle hit it while travelling at normal speed, causing tyre damage, resulting in me pulling into the hard shoulder and having to get a whole new tyre replaced. The pothole is a potential danger to road users because vehicles entering or leaving the motorway may strike it at speed. I was unable to stop safely to take a photo due to live traffic.
